1984 Press Photo Celebration of the West Side, Sherman Park Wisconsin

From corn on the cob to baby formula, there was a wide variety of bring your own food in evidence (above) as residents of the city's West Side converge on Sherman Park for a party. The gathering, "Celebration of the West Side". Its Art and Its People, featured arts, crafts, poetry, music and dancing. Below: The 100% Natural sang their "Still ain't Got No Band."
