1986 Press Photo Spectators examined first-place snow sculpture at competition.

Fighting a brisk northwest wind in Downtown Milwaukee, spectators examined the first-place sculpture, "Northeast Winds," Quebec's entry, at the International Snow Sculpting Competition Sunday. Twelve teams from nine countries and provinces participated in the event.
