Mary Ann Spangler coordinator of continuing education for the Waukesha County Technical Institute, will give a cooking demonstration as part of The Milwaukee Sentinel Food Fair and Cooking School, which will be May 11 and May 12 at MECCA's Convention Hall. She will present he "Super Hostess" demonstration from 6 to 6:30 p.m. May 12. Spangler will show how a career person can entertain with little time, money and energy and how to make a strawberry creme roll. The "emphasis is on the impressive moments of dining, serving and garnishing for a most unforgettable experience in dining," Spangler said. She will demonstrate the preparation of two entrees - Breast of Chicken with Madeira Wine Flambe and Tomato Beef Curry with Rice.
