The coldest weather of the season so far provided a perfect backdrop for the 10th Annual Chip Off The Old Block ice sculpting contest Saturday in downtown West Bend. Seventeen teams of chippers participated. The winner of the business division was Walter's Carpets of West Bend; the winner of the non-profit agency division was the West Bend Beautification Committee; and Jane Musich and her family from Grafton won the family division.
