Carol Singer of Menomonee Falls looked over one of 25 malnourished horses removed this week from an unheated barn in the Town of Vernon. Rescuers also removed dozens of hungry dogs and cats from the property. The owner is expected to be charged with cruelty to animals.Horse had bloodshot eyes. J and J Ranch.
