Louis Miller (left), Superintendent of Milwaukee's Bureau of Municipal Equipment, accepts delivery of 32 large snowplows fabricated locally by Schmidt Engineering & Equipment Co. 4703 W. Electric Ave. On hand when the plows arrived at the municipal garage on the city's South Side were: Jan J. Wedel (center), President of the manufacturing company, and Ray E. Drott, President of Drott Tractor Co., Waukesha, the distributor.
