Description

There was reason to celebrate at the Water Pollution Control Corporation in Glendale. A group of 15 employees, including four officers, has acquired full control o the company from private investors. Fran L. Schmit (left), president, poured champagne for William H. Roche, vice president of production. The company was established 19 years ago.
