Edna Schmidt, head of the volunteer services committee for Badger Association of the Blind touched "Happy" a work of art by Dan J. Giroud. The "Touch of Art" show, a national exhibit by legally blind artists, will be on exhibit in the Wehr-McLendgegan Gallery of the Milwaukee Central Library.
