Cynthia D. Sartin has moved from the Big House to the ice house. After five years as a state probation and parole agent, working at places such as Waupun Correctional Institution, Sartin decided to put something besides criminals on ice. Her fruity alcohol-free exotic drinks hit the streets last month, released under the name Splendor in the Glass.
