Special Olympics -- Tommy Guindon, 11, of Oconomowoc, watched others race in Special Olympics at the North Suburban YMCA's Schroeder Aquatic Center Sunday. Tommy had already placed first in the 25-yard freestyle race in his class and third in the 25-yard backstroke competition.
