St. Lucas Evangelical Lutheran Church, 2605 S. Kinnickinnic Ave., will be granted landmark status by the Bay view Historical Society's Landmark Committee. The congregation was organized in 1872, and the church building is 100 years old. The presentation will be at 12:15 p.m. Oct. 16. A reception will be held in the church basement at which memorabilia will be displayed.
