1984 Press Photo Executives in front of new 30-story Winmar Co., office tower

Thomas A. Sroufe Jr. (left), a vice president of the Winmar Co. Inc., and Shelby R. Lozoff, president of the Lozoff Companies, say they anticipate no problems in leasing 411 E. Wisconsin, Winmar's 385-foot office tower. Occupancy of the 30-story building is scheduled to begin in November.
