Glenn Staege will appeal a judge's order that would restrict his business dealings on property that he owns in Racine County. Raymond--Glenn Staege's bid to stay in business--whatever that business is--was dealt a blow in Racine Circuit Court last month. Judge Dennis Flynn ordered Staege to clean up his property at the corner of 92nd Street and Eight Mile Road and to stop selling tires, auto and truck parts, farm implements and parts of implements and junk. He also ordered Staege to remove any such items from his property and from within the buildings on the property and to desist from the unlicensed businesses that he has been running on the property for years--from a time before passage of the county zoning ordinances under which the businesses are considered non-conforming uses of the property.
