1988 Press Photo Oliver Plunkett appeared as a witness in Milwaukee courtroom

Oliver Plunkett was back in a Milwaukee courtroom Thursday. But unlike some of his previous visits, the former Milwaukee real estate investor's appearance in court was as a witness in a lawsuit, rather than as a defendant. Plunkett, 54, was a little grayer than Milwaukeeans may remember him, but he was tanned and fit and, despite claims of indigence, was wearing a well-cut, conservative suit and the same winning smile.
