Gerald Veier (left), a detective with the Dodge County Sheriff's Department brought in his bloodhound to help in the search for Stephanie R. Peterson. Detective John Willard, with the Waukesha County Sheriff's Department, held some of Mrs. Peterson's clothes as a scent for the dog to follow. They were searching near where her car was found about two miles from her home. (Gary Peterson and wife)
