Cold way to start new year -- Waist deep in water, a member of the Milwaukee Polar Bear Club splashed in Lake Michigan Thursday during the group's annual dip at Bradford Beach. About 1,000 spectators watched as about 60 club members braved 35 degree weather in swimsuits.
