William Rogan (left), Waukesha county agribusiness agent, accepted The Milwaukee Journal's annual 4-H booth award Monday at the state fair. The Waukesha exhibit, best of 17 at the farm crops show, was a display on bicycling "for fun and fitness." Loren H. Osman Journal farm writer, presented the award.
