By not carefully scrutinizing bills and payment vouchers that come to their offices, many area businessmen are giving swindlers exactly what they are looking for -- an easy dollar. Lynda Price, manager of the financial solicitations division of the Better Business Bureau of Greater Milwaukee, explained how the scam works.
