A crowd of civic officials and downtown businessmen gathered Wednesday on the top story of the new municipal parking garage for topping off ceremonies. Kneeling at the edge was Aimee Everitt, 4067 N. Maryland av., Shorewood, Miss Downtown Fall Fashion Week , she smoothed the last patch of cement with a gold plated trowel. The garage, between W. Wisconsin av. and W. Wells st. on N.
