Beth Paulus (right) sat with her English teacher, Mary Ann Noe. Waukesha--Beth Paulus may be one of 141 high school seniors nationwide recently named as Presidential Scholars--the highest scholastic honor the president of the United States can bestow--but there are some details she'd sooner forget. Final selection of the scholars was made by the Commission on Presidential Scholars, a group of 50 private citizens appointed by the president. Paulus is the daughter of Joanne and Frank Paulus. Frank Paulus is administrator of the Village of Pewaukee.
