The first installation of parking meter heads was made Friday on E. Wells Street. Gene E. Johnson (left), Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, an inspecting engineer, adjust the head as H.J. Morris, Madison, a salesman, looked on. The meters will be placed in operation December 19.MIlwaukee
