Kathy Price-Neuman and her husband, Charlie Neuman, held their adopted children, Moises and Francina, at Mitchell Airport. Francina Price-Neuman's odyssey ended eleven days after her adoptive mother went to Nicaragua to bring her to Milwaukee.
