Moscow: Lieutenant Colonel Yuri Romanenko (left), 33, flight commander of the Soviet Union's Soyuz 26 spacecraft, and Georgi M. Grechko, 46, the flight engineer, are pictured at a training center before the flight of the spacecraft. The Soyuz 26 spacecraft docked successfully with the orbiting Salyut 6 research station December 11th, it was reported in Moscow, and the two-man crew crawled into the station to begin a program of experiments 135 to 170 miles above the earth. January 11, 1978.
