Joann Salin- Salin, an optimistic and ambitious writer who has multiple sclerosis, moonlights from her three-day-a-week job teaching computer short courses by writing an ad column for disabled people that runs in two newspapers. She describes herself as the Ann Landers of the disabled population. Her column appears once a month in The Source, a newspaper that focuses on issues affecting the disabled and has subscribers in Texas, Missouri, Illinois and Wisconsin.
