1982 Press Photo Members looking at plans for Astor Hotel & Conference Center

New Affiliation - The Astor Hotel & Conference Center announced that its Conference Center at 1233 N. Marshall St., which has 50 guest rooms and 17 meeting rooms, had become a member of Best Western International, a network of hotels and motels. Looking over plans for the building Thursday (from left) were: Milwaukee County Supervisor Harout Sanasarian; Edward Doyle district governor of Best Western; Jaren E. Hiller, owner of the Astor; the Milwaukee Aid, Kevin O'Connor.
