Description
Construction workers for Wenniger Co. Inc., New Berlin, lower one of three 50,000 gallon steel holding tanks Tuesday at the new St. Mary's Hospital, 13111 N. Port Washington Road, Mequon. The tanks will hold sewage from the hospital, which is expected to use 30,000 gallons of water daily. They are the biggest steel tanks ever made in Wisconsin -- about 10 times larger than a typical holding tank, according to Robert Carroll, president of Mastercraft Welding Systems, Sturgeon Bay, the tank manufacturer.

Photo measures 10.25 x 6 inches. Photo is dated 11-24-1993.
