This 15 room home at 3474 N. Lake Dr., considered to be one of the finest examples of French provincial architecture in the midwest, has been sold by Marc B. Rojtman, former president of J. I. Case Co., Racine, to Mr. and Mrs. Frank H. Roby. Roby, the former president of Federal Pacific Electric Co., Newark, N. J., was recently named president of Basic Products Corp. The house was built in 1928 at a cost of $115,000, not including the lot, by I. Stanley Stone, former president of the Boston Store. The selling price was not disclosed, but the asking price, without furnishings, was $128,000. Edward A. Purtell Co., Inc., handled the transaction.
