1991 Press Photo Brad Mugg checks sailboat before easing into Milwaukee River

Gleaming fittings on a 51-foot Hylas sailboat get a final check by Brad Mugg before the boat is rigged with its 66-foot mast. The boat was eased into the Milwaukee River on Tuesday for the final leg of its journey from Taiwan to the Racine In-Water Boat Show.
