Vice President Walter Mondale, visiting Minnesota for the first time since his inauguration, arrived in the Twin Cities 2/17 before making a campaign swing to Minnesota's 7th district 2/18 in hopes of getting his former aide, Mike Sullivan elected to the House seat which Bob Burgland gave up to become Secretary of Agriculture.
