Mrs. Dorothy Elston (right), of Washington, D.C., arrived in Milwaukee Friday to help final planning for the Wisconsin to help final planning for the Wisconsin Federation of Republican Women's conference Saturday in Delavan. She is president of the National Federation of Republican Women. Helping her plan the program were Mrs. W. W. Fox (left), 8325 W. Dana Street, national finance chairman, and Mrs. Vincent Mercurio, 820 E. Mason Street, a member of the welcoming committee for the conference.
