Bennett would visit on Monday. Such fanfare is unusual for Penfield. So is a visit by a high-profile member of the Bush administration, an entourage of elected officials and a pack of reporters. On Friday, as a television new crew, a newspaper reporter, and a staffer from the governor's office traipsed through the center, it was business as usual.
