Therapist Mary Miller-Clark worked with an 8 month old cocaine baby. "Drug Czar to visit cocaine babies." With that blaring headline, the Penfield Children's Center sent out word that Williams J. Bennett would visit on Monday. Such fanfare is unusual for Penfield. So is a visit by a high-profile member of the Bush administration, an entourage of elected officials and a pack of reporters. On Friday, as a television new crew, a newspaper reporter, and a staffer from the governor's office traipsed through the center, it was business as usual.
