Albert l. Jackson was ordered to stand trial Monday in the fatal shooting of a church deacon who tried to stop the robbery of his congregation during an evangelistic meeting. Jackson, 35, waived his preliminary hearing Monday on charges of second-degree murder and armed and masked robbery in the slaying of Jonas E. Gibbons Jr. , 36, of 3070 N. 13th St.
