Circuit Court Judge Clarence R. Parrish watched the proceedings as youngsters from the Mary Linsmeier Edu-Care Program took over his courtoom for a session. Jenny Rubatt, 7, of Wauwatosa, standing in front of the judge, presided, and the clerk was Parrish's granddaughter, Elenora Andrews (standing right), 8. The judge, who lives in Wauwatosa, had two granddaughters from New Jersey enrolled in the program.
