Parade debut - Sunday marked the debut of the City of Festivals Parade A band (above) moved along Wisconsin Avenue. Watching the parade (left) from a vantage point west of the new Reuss Federal Plaza were Ted Stribling and John Q. Adams, 3, both of Milwaukee.
