Rosemary Paradise, a former nun, says she is the person who released a raccoon in Waukesha City Hall last week. She said she did it to call attention to her fight to save wildlife habitats and to get the city to permit lie trapping of certain animals whose search for food and lodging has made them urban nuisances.
