1992 Press Photo Construction work continues at Pettit National Ice Center, WI

Construction work continues on the Pettit National Ice Center at the northwest corner of State Fair Park. The center, scheduled to open New Year's will be one of only three in the world that feature an enclosed ice training and competition center for speed skating, hockey and figure skating.
