Legacy of Poverty - Ralph Wells and Linda Watson watch an Oprah show on violence in the living room of their central city flat, with their children, Doris, 5 and Lakisha Watson, 2 left. Linda's 2-year-old daughter, Felicia Watson, was shot and killed in July 1991 while the toddler was sleeping on the couch of the home they lived in then, in a neighborhood where violence has become commonplace.
