Out of Season - Mark o'Conner (background), 17, and Rick Callies, 25, headed toward Prescott recently while on a two-hour workout on roller blades, a variation of roller skates that helps cross-country skiers stay in shape during the summer months. The two, who ski competitively, will roll for as long as 3 1/2 hours
