County Supervisor Dan Cupertino caught a net full of fish Tuesday as the State Department of Natural Resources stocked county park lagoons. DNR workers dumped about 1,800 rainbow trout into the Humboldt Park Lagoon as the annual stocking of 13 lagoons got under way. The county will sponsor fishing clinics for children at seven of the lagoons on Saturday.
