1986 Press Photo Bill Clark & Mike Povolo on Humboldt Park lagoon in Wisconsin

Housing development, Bill Clark (left) and Mike Povolo took a boat full of houses for wood ducks out to hte islands of the Humboldt Park lagoon. County workers erected four of the houses to attract ducks. The idea for the houses came after several sport groups and park employees had contacted County Supervisor Daniel Cupertino after seeing the wood ducks during fall migration.
