Delafield--A state law that would standardize the amount of phosphates that can be discharged into lakes and rivers by sewage treatment plants may be one outcome of a study on the Bark River. The study is being done by the State Department of Natural Resources. Robert Hyde, manager of the Delahart Sewage Treatment Plant stood at a Bark River outlet.
