Emil R. Johnson, 34, a convicted murderer, had at $25,000 payday October 18 at Stillwater State Prison. His book "Mongo's Back in Town" has been chosen by CBS for a two-hour television movie November 19. Altogether Johnson has had six books published by Harper and Row, Incorporated, with a seventh about to go on sale. He's now working on his eighth book.
