Description
San Jose, Calif.: Dr. Geza de Kaplany cried out in disbelief 1/15 when a photograph of his wife's mutilated body was shown at his San Jose murder trial. The photo was an enlarged shot of Mrs. de Kaplany's back. De Kaplany is accused of the mutilation-murder of his wife. As the photo was entered into evidence, de Kaplany rose and shouted, "No!", then started across the room towards the photo. Again he cried out "NO! What did you do to her?". Here Deputy Howell Scott restrains him.

Photo is dated 1968.

Photo measures 7 x 9.25 inches.
