Jason Klumb, 3, had the best seat in the village as he watched form the shoulders of his dad, Randy. A carnival, live music, dancing, and a horse show also were on the program, which was sponsored by Jackson Park Incorporated, the parent group for local civic organizations. This was the festival's 36th year. Jackson, Wisconsin.
