1984 Press Photo Management group of Kelch Corp. at Mequon, Wisconsin factory

Wisconsin - This five-member management group heads the new ownership of the Kelch Corp., Mequon. The group and the company's employee stock ownership trust acquired controlling interest from A. H. Kelch, Jr., founder and chairman. The company's Mequon plant produces injection molded plastic components. At its Cedarburg plant, Kelch manes cast aluminum molds and prototypes. The management owners are (left to right): Dennis Tronca, president; Michael Stiever, vice president of Mequon operations; Ken Keith, vice president of finance; Willis Spaeth, vice president of engineering; and Dennis Nourse, vice president of Cedarburg operations.
