1979 Press Photo Wisconsin's Johnson & Wax, to open employee recreation center

Johnson Wax, Racine, Wis., has announced plans for the opening of this 50,000 square foot, trilevel, employee recreation center later this week. The $3 million facility will provide a variety of physical, social and cultural activities for employees of S.C. Johnson & Son, Inc., which will be developed and administered by a committee of workers. The structure stands on a 147 acre recreational site developed by the company in 1956.
