Noting that three firms demonstrated "outstanding cooperation in the placing and upgrading of minority employees during the past year," the Milwaukee Urban League honored the firms at a luncheon Friday at the Ramada Sands Motel. Accepting the awards for their firms were (left to right): John Andrews, vice president in charge of the Milwaukee regional office of Allstate Insurance companies: Hal C. Kuehl, president of the First Wisconsin National Bank, and John A. Murphy, president of the Miller Brewing company.
