Marian Ackermann (back to camera), 67, is among more than 30 people taking part in a recent coed Senior-cise exercise class at Mount Mary College, 2900 N. Menomonee River Parkway. The class is sponsored by the Ewens Center on the college campus and features low-impact aerobic activity, cardiovascular conditioning and floor exercise to enhance muscle tone.
