Hundreds of blue and white balloons made their way past the new Patrick and Beatrice Haggerty Library (right) at Mount Mary College during dedication ceremonies. The new library will house more than 100,000 volumes and will be available for public use. The college is the oldest college for women in the state to grant degrees.
