Wisconsin - Bubble master Tom Noddy will display his skills Saturday and Sunday at Discovery World "Bubble Blast." Using wands and common straws, Noddy constructs a variety of imaginative bubbles. Discovery World is at 818 W. Wisconsin Ave. in the Central Library.
